At the beginning the Ambassador V.Tolkach gave a speech in which he told about the current political situation in Ukraine, President Poroshenko’s plan of peaceful settlement of situation in the eastern regions, expected consequences of the Association Agreement with the EU.
On the occasion of the Embassy’s moving into a new building the national flag of Ukraine was raised accompanied by performance of the national anthem.
